TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
- First come, first serve: I’ll begin with the req that I get the earliest and work my way from there
- character design commissions will be generally more expensive (starting from 150) due to extra labor on my part to figure out small details
- References are highly appreciated as it help save time rather than trying to figure out a character design or a pose
- I will refuse any request I find uncomfortable or doesn’t align with my political/personal beliefsPAYMENT
- Always upfront payment before the sketch. I won’t start drawing unless I receive the payment.
- The prices listed on ko-fi is the base price and it would go higher if there are additional requests.
- No refund available when the commission beginsADJUSTMENTS/REVISIONS
- any revisions or any other changes from the original request can be fulfilled at anytime BEFORE the rendering phase beginsDEADLINE/DELIVERY
- will take around 2-5 weeks to complete depending on the request unless the client specifically states that the request have a deadline
- I will be sending out an update during the sketch & colouring phase so possible adjustments/revisions can be made
- A high-res file will be sent via email so Imk your emailCOPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
- Artist have the right to retain copyright of the original artwork
- Artist have the right to post WIPS/finished piece on own platforms and use the commissioned piece for future examples or in portfolios unless stated otherwise from the client’s wish for privacy (can be talked about in depth via dms/email)
- Client is more than welcome to repost the commissioned piece wherever they would like as long as proper credit is given
- Client is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use
- All of commissioned artwork is only for non-commercial purposes
NONE OF MY PIECES ARE ALLOWED TO BE USED FOR AI GENERATIONS OR NFTSthe general dimension for the artwork will be 2000x2500 pixels, if you would like a specific dimension size then lmkNSFW
- client must be over 18+ to commission (if I don’t know you then I will likely be asking of verification)
I won’t be drawing:
- any characters intended to be or appear underage under any sexual or suggestive context
- animals/beastiality
- non-con
- extreme fetishes (clarification is provided when asked)
- others can be talked about in dms
